The website is operated by All Car S&T Ltd. (company no. 517156618) (“the company”). Using the website, including sending forms, contacting us on WhatsApp and talking to the voice assistant, means you agree to these terms. If you don't agree to them, don't use the website.
These terms apply to everyone who uses the website.
Information on the website
- Information about cars, prices, lease terms and availability is general and may change without notice.
- Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Images are for illustration only.
- The lease and company-car benefit calculators give estimates only, and are not tax advice.
- Despite our care, mistakes may occur. The binding terms are those in the signed agreement.
Requests, offers and orders
A form sent on the website, a WhatsApp message or a card from the voice assistant is a request for us to get back to you, not an order or a binding offer. A rental, lease or purchase is made only by a signed agreement approved by the company, and availability and price are confirmed by a representative.
The voice assistant and WhatsApp
The voice assistant and the WhatsApp assistant are automated, AI-based services, and their answers may be inaccurate. They don't sign agreements or commit to a price; a price they give is a list price, and a representative confirms it.
Permitted use
You may use the website to get information and to contact us. You may not:
- Give false details, or another person's details without their permission.
- Upload photos you have no rights to, or photos that expose other people's private information.
- Harm or overload the website, try to get around its security, or collect information from it automatically.
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The content, design, images and symbols on the website, including the Millennium logo, belong to the company or to those who allowed it to use them. Car makers' names and trademarks belong to their owners. They may not be copied or used without written permission.
Other companies' services and links
The website links to other companies' services, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and the Ministry of Transport's vehicle registry. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
Liability
We make an effort to keep the website available and accurate, but we don't promise it will always work without interruptions or mistakes. As far as the law allows, the company is not liable for indirect damage caused by using the website or relying on its information. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Law.
Privacy and accessibility
Information collected on the website is handled according to the privacy policy. What we did to make the website accessible is described in the accessibility statement.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The laws of the State of Israel apply to the use of the website. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on the website is binding from the day it is published, and the date of the last update is at the top of the page.
